The hydraulic system of slotting machine is equipped with two hydraulic pumps. The clamp device and pressing plate device are driven separately by the hydraulic system, and the pressure and speed are adjustable. The working of clamp device and pressing plate device are computer centralized control, and their controlling hydraulic pump motors only start when clamping and pressing workpiece. Therefore, the energy consumption is only 50% of the similar machine. The slotting machine is suitable for slotting V/U grooves for various medium and high density sheets.
