Nothing except for workpiece is allowed on the working table during operating a slotting machine. Only qualified personnel are allowed to operate a slotting machine, and any irrelevant personnel is not allowed to touch a working slotting machine. Any tool shall be placed to its original palace after use. A operation man shall wear safe working clothes when in operation, but gloves are not allowed when operating the machine numerical control system.

When any abnormal sound from a running slotting machine is heard, the slotting machine shall be stopped immediately. Then check and find out the reason. Replace any damaged part of the machine in time. If it is easy to cause accidents when replace the damaged part, do the safety-relevant measures prior to the maintenance work.
